Try your hand at making miso, pickled daikon radish, bluberry jam, pickled plums, boiled shark broth, sushi rice and other ingredients pressed in box or mould, sasadango (sweet bean paste dumplings), a cooking class using vegetables chosen by a vegetable sommelier, foods made with rice flour and various other dishes. Seasonal cooking events are held throughout the year and there's also a market selling specialty products.
