Takada Machikado Koryukan (formerly Takada branch of Daishi Bank)

Takada Machikado Koryukan (formerly Takada branch of Daishi Bank) was built in 1931 and was the main office of 139 Bank.
Special reinforced concrete was used in its construction making it unique for its time.
The hall can be rented out for events and when not in use the building serves as a rest area and learning corner.
In the exhibition room, you can learn about the characteristics of the building, the history of the bank, and the history of the Takada area at the time of construction.

The building was designated as a Municipal Cultural Asset in March of 2019.

Holidays: Closed the 2nd Wednesday of each month and at New Years from Dec.29 to Jan.3.
Fee: Rental rates effective April 1, 2020:
Hall - 390, portable stage - 210 yen , sound equipment 230yen

Rental rates until March 31, 2020:
Hall - 320, portable stage - 200 yen , sound equipment 220 yen
Car parking: For those coming by car, pay parking is available at Honcho San Chome parking lot adjacent to the building or at other parking lots on Honcho Street.
