Old Kanazu Kentaro Wooden Bucket Shop
This is a townhouse built in the late Edo period, which includes a craftsman's workshop and a cobblestone furnace, and many nostalgic tools from that era. Make sure to check the walkway between the tea room and the steep, narrow staircase.
This townhouse has been recognised as a model of Takada area "machiya" townhouses by the Niigata Prefectural History Museum, making it a valuable building.
