Enjoy Making and Eating Japanese Food!

Maki Fureai Experience and Cultural Exchange Facility

With each season, we want to pass down the tastes and traditions of the countryside to the next generation of young people. The dishes we make together are in accordance with the season. In spring, enjoy sakura rice cakes, uguisu rice cakes, bamboo rice cakes, and foods for the rice-planting season. In the fall, country snacks such as "toudoyobi" and other dishes are prepared together.
