Maki Furusato Village Nature and Relaxation Forest

Maki Furusato Village is spread out over 34 acres, featuring several species of cherry blossom trees on the premises. A thatched roof and a waterwheel mark the Furusato no Ie, a charming traditional home of a village elder that was rebuilt on the present site. Visitors can partake of the famous handmade buckwheat noodles (soba) or other local cuisine. A soba making experience is also available (reservations required)
