Marine Hotel Hamanasu

Watch the Sea of Japan from Heavenly Hot Springs

With the sacred Yoneyama peak in the east, the Sea of Japan to the west, Mt. Myoko in the south and Sado Island to the north. As the sun sets into the Sea of Japan, visitors can experience the strange majesty and delicacy each season turns to the next.
Marine Hotel Hamanasu boasts a natural hot spring lodging set in the hills next to pounding waves, overlooking such scenery.
From the open-air bath you can view the scenery woven by the Sea of Japan. In addition to the gorgeous sunset, enjoy the luxury of immersing yourself in natural hot springs while gazing at the blue horizon.
The source of the springs contains sodium chloride, making the springs naturally salty. The slightly alkaline waters are good for skin, and conducts heat well to warm your body. Slight alkaline waters have been said to have beneficial effects on neuralgia and joint pain, as well as cold extremities and chronic women's health issues.
Refresh your mind and body while overlooking the beautiful landscape, enjoying a soak in the natural springs or tasting the bounty of the sea.
Japanese roses (Hamanasu) can be seen in bloom in the early summer months.
